Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, who processes it, and the choices you have. It applies to five.365dhs.com (the “Site”), operated by The Way of Five.
1. What we collect

We do not collect payment card data on the Site. If paid products are offered, payment is handled by the payment provider (currently PayPal) on their own pages under their own privacy policy.
2. Who processes your data
- MailerLite — our email service provider. Your email address, birth date and element are stored in our MailerLite account so we can send the emails you requested and honour unsubscribes. MailerLite acts as a data processor for us.
- Cloudflare Pages / Functions — our hosting and the small server function that relays form submissions to MailerLite. Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP address) to serve and protect the Site.
- Google Fonts — the Site loads web fonts from Google, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. How long we keep it
We keep your email and related list data for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a short period afterwards to honour unsubscribes and keep suppression records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 5).
4. Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)
- Consent — for sending you the reading, the email course and daily tips. You give this by ticking the consent box or submitting a form, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
- Legitimate interests — for keeping the Site secure and preventing abuse of our forms.
5. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe — every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection — email hello@five.365dhs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
- Complaint — if you are in the EU/UK you may complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change and material updates will be noted on this page.
